This board is an absolute Mt. Baker CHARGER. Directional, but not so directional you can’t land switch. Enough setback to keep you floating in deep deep pow. AND this thing is STIFF with PLENTY of camber. We highly approve of this snowboard.

Let’s talk tech. The soul of the Alchemist is its lightweight, sustainably harvested Bambooyah™ Pro Core, giving unmatched durability, strength, and damping. Our Spectral Braid™ uses a carbon weave with tighter angles in the tip and tail and more obtuse between the inserts to precisely tune the torsional flex and give the Alchemist unmatched stability in all conditions.

Our SpaceGlass™ tip insert cuts weight from the nose while adding durability, and looks damn cool doing it. Carbon Power Forks in the tail give the board snap into and out of each turn, and adds just the right amount of stiffness for big landings and drops. Our SnoPhobic™ top sheet technology sheds snow to keep the board fast and light, and our Carbon Infused 5500 Sintered Base – our fastest and most durable base material – takes an absolute beating and straight up hauls ass.

Our all-new Bambooyah™ Pro Core takes a decade of bamboo cores and takes it up another notch. Equal parts performance, renewable, and durable, we’ve blended three different species of wood to create the most premium core in our offering. Bamboo and aspen are placed at 30 ° underfoot to supercharge the edge-to-edge response and increase the pressure distribution along the edge. We’ve also placed lightweight paulownia in the tip and tail help to reduce swing weight and complementary tip-to-tail bamboo stringers help with snap, stability, and damping.

SPACEGLASS™:

An American-made Aerospace grade precure fiberglass core insert used to provide unmatched structural performance at reduced weight. SpaceGlass™ inserts increase edge hold along contact points, reduce chatter, and provide unequaled durability.

CARBON POWER FORK™:

Equal parts snap and energy transfer, the ultra-lightweight Carbon Power Fork™ additives are dynamically flexing to optimize the performance in a snowboard. Carbon Power Fork™ additives are strategically shaped to offer greater response and energy return by increasing the width toward the tail – allowing for more material to be engaged, and more energy to be created the harder the tail is flexed.

CARBON INFUSED 5500 SINTERED BASE:

The hardest, fastest base that we make – increased wax retention and decreased drag.

TWEEKEND™:

We’ve extended the rocker all the way out to the absolute ends of the board, and for good reason! This unlocks new ride-able surface area and gives you a bigger, more stable platform to press, float, and land on.

Helps eliminate snow build up while touring up and riding down.

2 X 4 INSERT BINDING MOUNTING:

2×4 Insert packs allow for secure binding mounting while optimizing stance-width options.

SNOWBOARD SPECTRAL BRAID TECH:

Spectral Braid is a patent pending variable angle carbon weave that allows for precision tuned torsion and flex by altering the fiber orientation along the length of the snowboard. A tighter weave near the tip and tail produce tortionally stiff flex for rapid board response, while a looser weave in between the inserts allows for a softer torsional flex for precision control and board handling.
